The Val Mackey Memorial Award
The Val Mackey Memorial Award is given in loving memory of a real pioneer of clogging in the Northwest. Born in England in 1941, Val married Roger and moved to the United States. She is most remembered for her energy – hollering and kicking up her heels.
Since 1999 this award has been a symbol of recognition for the inspiring work done in the field of clogging by association members in the Northwest.
